Comme il n’y a pas de salari\u00e9 mais que le travail doit quand m\u00eame \u00eatre fait, tous les adh\u00e9rents mettent la main \u00e0 la p\u00e2te, en participant 3h par mois pour assurer tous les postes n\u00e9cessaires au bon fonctionnement de l’\u00e9picerie : Passer les commandes, r\u00e9ceptionner les produits, mettre en rayon, faire les ventes, le m\u00e9nage, l’inventaire, la comptabilit\u00e9, …<\/p>\n

En r\u00e9duisant au maximum les charges financi\u00e8res (pas de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, pas de b\u00e9n\u00e9fice en fin d’ann\u00e9e,…) l<\/span>es produits sont revendus \u00e0 prix co\u00fbtant, sans marge.<\/b><\/p>\n

Pour pouvoir acheter \u00e0 Coop’az, il faut \u00eatre adh\u00e9rent.<\/b><\/p>\n

L’id\u00e9e principale de Coop’az est de bien manger et de soutenir nos producteurs.
Vous trouverez donc des produits locaux direct producteurs!<\/b><\/p>

Mais comme il n’y a pas d’autre commerce alimentaire \u00e0 proximit\u00e9, nous avons voulu que les adh\u00e9rents puissent faire d’autres achats pour couvrir 80% de leur consommation quotidienne.
C’est pourquoi nous travaillons \u00e9galement avec d’autres fournisseurs pour avoir du caf\u00e9, du papier toilette, des bananes, …<\/p>

Le droit d’entr\u00e9e est un pr\u00eat de 100\u20ac que vous faites \u00e0 l’association pour financer vos premiers achats.\u00a0
Cela nous permet d’avoir une tr\u00e9sorerie suffisante pour payer les fournisseurs rapidement.
Ce droit d’entr\u00e9e est pay\u00e9 une seule fois (pas tous les ans), et vous est rembours\u00e9 lorsque vous quitt\u00e9 l’association. Il est payable en plusieurs fois et peut \u00eatre exon\u00e9r\u00e9 sous conditions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Vous l’avez compris, il faut des adh\u00e9rents pour faire tourner la boutique. Il faut donc participer 3h\/mois sur diff\u00e9rents postes, en fonction de vos comp\u00e9tences, vos envies, vos talents et votre emploi du temps.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Les produits sont revendus \u00e0 prix co\u00fbtant, sans marge… l’association ne fait donc aucun b\u00e9n\u00e9fice sur les produits, mais nous avons quand m\u00eame quelques charges \u00e0 payer (loyer, \u00e9lectricit\u00e9, assurances, pertes, …)<\/p>

Pour assurer ces d\u00e9penses, tous les adh\u00e9rents payent mensuellement une cotisation (entre 5\u20ac et 15\u20ac – chacun choisi en fonction de son pouvoir d’achat, de son volume d’achat, …)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
